Deine Aufgaben

• Selbständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Programmieren von CNCgesteuerten Schleif- und Hartdrehmaschinen

• Außenrund- und Innenrundschleifen von Bauteilen

• Einhalten kundenspezifischer Qualitäts- und Normvorgaben

• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen mittels Messvorrichtungen sowie die anschließende Protokollierung

• Wartung und Instandhaltung des Maschinenparks

Das bringst du mit

• eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker,

  Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Berufe

• Steuerungs- und Programmierkenntnisse wünschenswert

• 2-Schicht Bereitschaft

• Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen

• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und dabei höchste Ansprüche an die Effizienz und Qualität Ihrer Arbeit

For decades, we have been one of the most renowned suppliers in the precision clamping systems market when it comes to the highest quality and customised solutions. Our core competencies lie in the development, manufacture and sale of clamping systems for machine tools and automation systems, as well as innovative electromechanical drive systems.

Are you ready for a wide range of tasks?

You will learn how to machine mechanical parts on conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools. You will programme and manufacture complex individual and production parts on modern lathes, milling machines and grinders.

Setting up these machines, including writing NC programmes based on specified design drawings is an essential part of your training programme.

By constantly matching consumable tools to a wide range of materials, you will gradually acquire a considerable wealth of technical knowledge and experience. In addition, measurement procedures and quality controls form part of your daily tasks.

What you should bring to the role:

• A good secondary school leaving certificate

• Above-average grades in technical subjects

• A good understanding of technology and manual dexterity

• A responsible, reliable and meticulous approach to work

• The ability to work in a team, motivation and a willingness to perform

• Stamina and perseverance

We were very pleased about the numerous visits to our stand.
