UniGrip HSK

The UniGrip HSK tool-gripper is consisting of a pull stud, 8 single clamping segments and a reset- spring which holds the clamping segments in position. This tool-gripper allows highest rotation speed up to 40,000 rpm and this with increasing high clamping force. Of course that tool-gripper is also available in wear-resistant coated design as well as in ceramic or holding design available.

Mounting Fixture MoFix WGM 48-05

The mounting fixture MoFix facilitates a lot the mounting of the tool gripper specially when the spindle position is vertical. The MoFix WGM is screwed on the thread of the pull bar after having mounted the reset spring. Then the single clamping segments can be inserted in the spindle. The MoFix is not only simplifying the mounting but it is also drastically shortening the mounting time.
